What is our refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your Oui Vina products!

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, then you are welcome to return the item to us within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original saleable condition.

In the event that your product is faulty, does not match its description or perform its function then a refund will be made in its original payment method.

Please note, if you wish to receive a refund for items purchased online we do not cover the cost to return these items to us.

 

How long will my refund take?

Please contact us at  if you need to complete a refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been arranged. Once processed, you will receive your refund within 3 – 5 business days.
